Homesick, a memoir

This is a strikingly beautiful book about sisters, loss, grief, growing up, and language. I loved every moment of it and is a rare book I know will read again. The book begins with this quote:
“We photographers deal in things that are continually vanishing, and when they have vanished, there is no contrivance on earth that can make them come back again.” Henri Cartier-Bresson
